Overview
On the second level there is a large Grand Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and private outdoor shower and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea, along with an en suite fitness center. There is also a Master bedroom on this level with en-suite bathroom and shower and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The newest addition is a Double king bedroom. This suite is perfect for all the kids visiting. It is a large room with en-suite bathroom and large closets as well as AC, Fans, Xbox and Apple TV.
On the first level there are two more bedrooms each with magnificent sea views and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has ceilings fans. There are large areas for entertaining either outside around the infinity pool or at the Gazebo with its BBQ and a wonderful view of the beach and the sea beyond. Or one can entertain more formally inside in the air-conditioned cool of a large Great Room with its adjoining dining area. There is a Media room with a computer area, just off the Great Room.

Bedroom Details
Bedroom 1: Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings including down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Keurig coffee machine, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying afternoon tea or morning coffee, desk/office setup if you must work, and large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub (candles included!), romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Master Suite: Private stairway entrance, private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, king bed, and en suite bathroom including large stone shower. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: 2 Guest King Bedrooms: these 2 rooms are identical, with the exception that one has the coveted Tempurpedic mattress! En suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open on to the patio area, a few steps away from the pool, with their own chairs in the shaded Lanai
Bedroom 5: Double King Bedroom: this new addition is perfect for all the kids visiting. Large room with en-suite bathroom and two large closets. Fans, AC, Xbox, and Apple TV.
Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing Xbox! Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to about age 12. Fully air conditioned and enclosed, powder bathroom is just down the hall with toilet and sink.
Crib: beautiful full size crib, plus pack n play crib to be set up on request.
