Carefree Estate

Overview

Upon entering this grand estate, guests will appreciate the warm, yet luxurious ambiance.  Through the large, custom-designed double doors, guests will first notice the two palatial stone columns on either side of the entrance.  Straight ahead is a stone bar area that invites guests to relax and unwind. The living space includes a comfy couch with a southwestern style décor and a modern 3-dimensional ceiling. The second living space features floor to ceiling windows that allow for fantastic views of the desert and plenty of natural light.  There is also a leather sofa, a large flat screen TV, and a fireplace in the room.  

The kitchen features natural oak cabinetry, tray ceilings, and stone countertops, offering plenty of space for meal preparation and storage. There is also breakfast bar for some additional seating. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, full sink, double-wide refrigerator, microwave, and stacked double oven.

The master bedroom features glass sliding doors to allow the natural Arizona sunlight to fill the room. The wood floors and cream colored walls give the room a warm and comfortable feel. The plush, king size bed is covered with hypo-allergenic linens and fluffy pillows. The en-suite master bathroom features a sunken bathtub surrounded on both sides with stone columns. There are Jack and Jill sinks on each side and there is a standing rain shower with tiled walls and stone flooring.

Each of the bedrooms on the first floor have direct access to the patio and the pool.  Each of the rooms have wood flooring, a large bed with fine linens, and a full en-suite bathroom.

Moving upstairs, guests will enjoy stunning views of the beautiful Arizona desert. The game room features a pool table, a bar area with countertop, a computer desk, and a powder room.  There are large windows to showcase the striking views and plush carpeting and ceiling fans to keep the space cool. Guests can take a step outside and enjoy the fresh air and marvel at the majestic mountain views. 

There is a fully furnished guest house that can be accessed through the garage on the second level of the estate.  The guest house includes a balcony and a kitchen with dishwasher, built-in full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven. There is both a studio style bedroom with kitchenette, living area and king bed. Behind the studio is a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

 
The backyard will be a popular place for guests to enjoy the Scottsdale weather.  There is a large patio with a summer kitchen and outdoor dining.  Steps lead down to the large swimming pool with custom water features.  The yard is landscaped with natural desert plants and cacti. The stone columns continue outdoors and there is a small firepit on the patio to provide warmth on a cool night.
