Rental Rates are nightly and are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy + 2.5% Service Fee.

Nightly rates are for accommodations only and do not include food and beverage, unless expressly stated. A security deposit is taken at the time of final payment.

Effective 1st May 2026, all guests age 16+ staying in a Royal Westmoreland home with either Social or Full Membership will be required to pay a fee of US $125 per week at the time of registration to collect their cards to gain access to the amenities. Payments are to be made to Royal Westmoreland directly by the guests. It is mandatory to all guests wishing to use the facilities. Payments will not be collected in advance.

Accidental Damage Waiver

A $299 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
