This charming three-bedroom townhouse is perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea while being just a stone's throw from the resort’s world-class amenities. On the first ground level, the spacious living area seamlessly flows onto a covered deck that invites relaxation. 

Take a refreshing dip in the private dipping pool or lounge under the umbrellas while enjoying the gentle island breeze and year-round sunshine. The deck also features a dedicated dining space, ideal for alfresco meals with a view. The new kitchen on this level is fully equipped, ensuring that you have everything you need for your perfect holiday.

One of the villa's en-suite bedrooms is also located on ground level, with French doors that open onto the deck, allowing for easy access to outdoor living. On the upper level, you’ll find two more en-suite bedrooms, each boasting sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, as well as private terraces that are perfect for watching the fabulous sunsets with a glass of wine in hand.

Each room is air-conditioned for comfort, but with the option to open the shutters and doors to the tropical breeze, you can choose between refreshing indoor coolness or the outdoor island charm. The property also includes two dedicated parking spaces, ideal for guests who wish to rent cars during their stay.

Sugar Hill is an exclusive, gated community with 24/7 security personnel, that spans 50 acres of lush landscape with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Residents and guests enjoy access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse with bar and restaurant, tennis courts and a fitness center. Two large swimming pools are also available, one adjoining the clubhouse bar and restaurant, which enjoys superb views to the sea, the other set in the attractive grounds close by. The clubhouse with all its facilities is a flat three minutes’ walk from High Five. A shuttle bus to the beach and Holetown is also available several times per day, for a reasonable charge.
