Overview

Serenity Now is located 3.5 miles north of San Pedro (the city/airport) directly on the beach. The complex provides the perfect dock for excursion boat pick up and a two-tier pool with hot tub.

This three bedroom, three bath unit was recently updated with all new furniture and upgraded finishes to accommodate all types of visitors in the small luxury complex of Belizean Cove Estates. The second floor unit enjoys the best views of our ocean front location, the two-tier pool, and privacy within the complex. Serenity Now is a fully appointed unit from a full North American style kitchen to three fully outfitted bathrooms with three large king bedrooms all with smart TVs for streaming. Each bedroom enjoys an en-suite bath or within a hallway. This three bedroom condo is perfect for families and/or couples of any age. Serenity now is unlike most condos on the island because of our location, but most of all this unit is like a home with a large open floor plan and large partially covered fully furnished balcony. The unit takes into consideration the climate with central air and two individual air units in two of the three bedrooms for total control and comfort. 

The eight-unit complex provides an intimate experience within walking distance of two large resorts with bars and restaurants, and even a casino. On-site sea kayaks and stand up paddleboards are provided, as well as,  onsite management including housekeeping and maintenance as needed. Serenity Now is a short golf cart ride to see what all the North End has to offer including, but not limited to The Truck Stop, The Dive Bar, Rum Dog, Caribeville’s fine dining, Stella’s Sunset, and a 20 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach.
