Nestled on the lush hillside above Leverick Bay, Anniversary House features unmatched panoramic sunrise and sunset views of the North Sound and surrounding islands, including Necker and Anegada. The villa offers a secluded and serene setting whilst in proximity to the beach, shops, dining and amenities at Leverick Bay Resort & Marina. This stunning private residence is the perfect vacation rental for family and friends looking to unplug, reconnect and make memories that last a lifetime.

Anniversary House has a light blue exterior and white rooftops that contrast perfectly with the tropical surroundings. It consists of three separate structures. The main house has an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. A large terrace looking out on the sea also includes an outdoor dining area and chairs and lounges for sitting, sunbathing and relaxing.

The villa’s five air-conditioned bedrooms are located in the Poolside and Garden Pavilions. Four spacious guest rooms include a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a showers, vanity and closet. A fifth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds that sleep up to four children under 12. The interiors are decorated in calming aquamarine colors with cool tile floors, wood-beam ceilings and contemporary furniture and lighting. Outside, Anniversary House provides ample space for stretching out in the sun and enjoying its stunning swimming pool and ocean views.
