A whimsical water palace, Poseidon’s Perch Villa resides atop the Ridge neighborhood surrounded by natural beauty and turquoise views. Island inspired artistry adds elegantly themed touches throughout this vacation home, while contemporary furnishings offer comfort with style.
On the upper level is a generously sized Great Room complete with open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and living room all under vaulted ceilings with a separate laundry room and half bath. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a breezy deck with lounge seating, outdoor dining, grill and wet bar perfect for family feasts. This is also the ideal spot for turtle and ray watching in the iconic Oil Nut Bay.
On the same level as the Great Room, yet with its own separate entrance is the primary bedroom with a private balcony, ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower with steps directly down to the pool below.
This luxury villa also offers a bubbling jacuzzi beside the swimming pool and large tiki hut with casual lounging area. The guest suites offer plush accommodations with ensuite bathrooms, outdoor showers and stunning views from every angle. Two of the guest suites interconnect (or lock for privacy) and one features bunk beds along with a queen-sized bed, making it ideal for families.
