The pool and attached spa are perfectly positioned to capture the sun throughout the day, surrounded by lounge chairs and a stylish outdoor couch for sunbathing or stargazing. The outdoor dining area seats 8 comfortably, perfect for al fresco meals. Multiple patio areas are all framed by views of Mt. San Jacinto. A retractable folding door seamlessly connects these outdoor spaces with the dramatic interiors, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow.
Indoors, the open-concept great room on the lower level boasts soaring ceilings, a designer fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and walls of glass that flood the space with natural light and mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with a double-waterfall island, wine fridge, high-end appliances and fun extras like an espresso machine, pizza oven and ice cream maker. The dining table has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 3. Upstairs in the loft you'll find another cozy space to relax. It features a sofa that pulls out to a King bed, TV and bar area with wine fridge.
The Primary Suite is upstairs and has a King bed, TV, en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a private sky deck with panoramic mountain views, a cozy couch, and a daybed for lounging.
