This private, luxury residence exudes contemporary elegance and is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Guests enjoy ultimate slopeside access being located close to the Steamboat gondola. The Mount Yale Residence features a large living area with an open floor plan connecting the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.
A professionally equipped kitchen complete with Viking appliances will inspire and delight the chefs in your group. You can also grill year-round in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. There are two primary bedrooms with king beds that offer a gas fireplace, and the attached bath features a steam shower, jacuzzi tub, and dual vanities. The third bedroom in this residence offers two full beds and the fourth has a queen over queen bunk bed.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
