The living room, with its towering ceilings and massive sectional, centers around a sleek fireplace and large flatscreen TV. The adjacent kitchen features clean, minimalist cabinetry, a waterfall island with seating, and premium appliances, making it a functional yet stylish space for cooking and entertaining. The dining table, positioned near the large sliding glass doors, offers a seamless transition to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a hot tub, firepit, and multiple seating areas for relaxation or social gatherings. The balcony extends the outdoor living space further with its grill, outdoor fireplace, and seating. On the lower level, a lounge area provides a more casual retreat, featuring a pool table, cozy sectional, and another TV. This space flows naturally into the patio, offering additional opportunities for outdoor entertainment.
The home’s accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.
