Set on a wide, palm-lined lot, the property unfolds gently from the home to the sand and ocean beyond. From the moment you enter through the private gated driveway, the setting feels calm, expansive, and entirely your own.

At the heart of the home, large sliding doors open fully to a covered terrace that becomes the main living space. A lounge area, outdoor dining table, BBQ, and pool are all oriented toward the ocean, creating a natural flow between gathering, relaxing, and time spent outdoors. The transition from terrace to lawn to beach is seamless, with open views framed by mature palms and tropical gardens.

Inside, the home balances clean architectural lines with warm materials and thoughtful design details. The open kitchen and central island invite shared meals and conversation, while custom wood furnishings, colorful accents, and curated artwork give each space a welcoming, lived-in feel rather than a formal one.

The bedroom layout has been thoughtfully arranged to provide both privacy and comfort for families or groups:

Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional guest powder room is located on the ground floor near the living area for added convenience.

Villa Assinie is managed in collaboration with a local team familiar with the area and guest needs, with support to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated stay from arrival through departure.

Throughout the property, there is a sense of ease. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking the ocean, days move between the pool and the beach, and evenings gather naturally around long dinners and sunsets just beyond the garden.
