Overview

This seven-bedroom and seven and a half bath home has the perfect backyard for entertaining, featuring a saltwater pool, an in-ground spa, a covered patio with plush seating, and a rooftop deck! Just a quick walk away are the white sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches, where you and your guests are sure to make beautiful memories together. 

This home was designed for vacationers looking for a luxury getaway, while being comfortable and having a fun time with friends and family. On the main level, you'll find the open living area with ample seating, a flatscreen TV, and gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, accompanied with chic barstool seating at the kitchen island and a formal dining table that can seat every guest. 

The primary bedroom has a California king bed with crisp linens, ambient lighting, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spa-like standalone tub. Five of the seven bedrooms feature soothing beachy hues, balcony access with seating, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. 

The seventh bedroom has an adorable bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, ideal for younger guests. For your convenience, there is a half bath and a washer and dryer available to ensure vacation attire and beach towels are fresh.

The Island has plenty to offer, and we encourage you and your guests to explore by bike, golf cart, or even use the complimentary AMI Trolley that has various pick-up spots around the 7-mile island. Fish with locals at the Rod n Reel, kayak, or paddle board the turquoise waters, eat fresh seafood from the neighboring gourmet restaurants and soak up the Florida Sunshine. Make sure you save time for the one-of-a-kind boutiques that dot Pine Ave.
