This light and spacious house boasts four bedrooms three doubles en-suite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite & and the fourth bedroom has a separate bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a television and either a patio or balcony.

In the main living areas include it includes a fully modern equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a comfortable stylish, contemporary, bright open plan living/dining area (for 10 guests) with fireplace, TV  & large sliding doors overlooking the swimming pool. There is also an entertainment area with TV & office area and a utility/laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

There is an independent apartment featuring a desk with library, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a shower room and direct access to a terrace, providing extra sleeping space for two people

The villa’s outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. A private pool and a dining area for 12 people with a barbecue provide the perfect setting for convivial outdoor gatherings while enjoying the natural surroundings and views. A pool house with a bar and a second outdoor dining area are conveniently located next to the pool.  There is also ample parking available.
