Overview

"This Little Mas" offers a great comfort to relax and enjoy a pleasant vacation. Covering an area of ​​150 square meters and can accommodate up to six guests and a further bedroom with four beds ideal for children. The ground floor compromises of a modern fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful sunny living room, extending to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool with quiet and relaxing settings. Outside there are comfortable sofas and a summer lounges and a pergola with eating area, BBQ and table tennis, boules.

A small entrance hall leads to a large open plan living room with large patio window to a terrace tastefully furnished and painted in pale natural colors and stone floors, door to the large terrace. To the other side of the living room a modern kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances and a sink a cooker and a large dinning table with French doors to a covered pergola terrace.

On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom with 2 x 2 meter bed with en-suite bathroom with double sink. The second large double bedroom has a 2 x 2 meter bed and en-suite shower room with large walk in shower sink and WC. The third twin bedroom has a 1 meter bed and en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, sink, WC, and French doors to a small private terrace. There is also a separate WC.

A spiral staircase from the first floor leads to a children's bedroom/dormitory (staircase is direct to the children's room) with four 90 cm beds. Across the mistrial gallery is a large family shower room with double basin and WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

To the front of the house there is a large pergola with gas BBQ and just below is the heated pool. There is ample parking and a large carport for three cars.

L'Amaranthe is just 5 minutes from the shops, 20 minutes from the TGV train station, 15 minutes from the north-south motorway, and 20 minutes from a major airport
