Overview

This Mas is fully modernized and decorated in of shades of beige, white, and gray and consists of a living area of on the ground floor, a large summer living area with a large window overlooking the garden of 2,000 m2. There is also a winter living room equipped with a hi-fi system and TV of 56 cm. A further living room, perfect for youngsters overlooks the terrace shaded by a pergola. Between these three living areas, you will go into the dining room overlooking the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, oven, microwave, two refrigerators (one of them with a freezer), gas hotplate, and coffee-maker.  There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, steam iron, and ironing board.

On the first floor, access via two different staircases are six double bedrooms/ bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 to 14 guests.

Adjoining the farmhouse with its own private terrace and garden (separated from the farmhouse Mas by a plant hedge) there is an Annex. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, a shower room, a living room, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a multipurpose oven. There is also an enclosed garage.

You will take advantage of the views of the Little Luberon in a secured swimming pool of 55 m2. Under the swimming pool shelter there is a summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, hotplate, table and chairs. There are beautiful large lawns, flowers and trees such mulberry trees, bay trees, and an olive grove of 10 hectares as far as the eye can see. There is a large private parking space and a carport behind the farmhouse Mas.

Mas Le Coulon is ideally located to visit the region surrounded by some of the most stunning villages in the Luberon such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Fontaines de Vaucluse, also the pretty village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its canals, narrow streets and antiques market all within 15 to 20 km.

For a change of pace, the wonderfully vibrant and historic town of Avignon, with its magnificent Palais du Papes, is one of the architectural wonders of France is just 25 kilometers away and would make an ideal day trip.
