Going down, via the ground floor, to the garden level there is another large sitting room with Home Cinema (6 sqm screen, and all supporting equipment for TV and DVD), sofas and armchairs comfortably seating 12 guests, and an extensive DVDs library. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on this floor too: two double and one twin. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, along with a wine cellar have also been set at the garden level.
