Furnished with an alfresco dining table, outdoor lounge seating, and sun loungers, you will love the sky-high panoramic views. The balcony is also equipped with a retractable sunshade above an aluminum pergola, providing relief from the island sun. 

The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a suite of Thermador appliances, plus countertop appliances and a kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery are also provided. The outdoor dining table seats 8 on the private balcony for meals with sweeping oceanfront views.
