The great room boasts custom restoration hardware furniture, a sitting room, and bar area, smart TV and a giant scrabble for hours of family fun. The open-plan kitchen features custom cabinetry, a gas range, and plenty of space to entertain.  

The ground floor also includes a large bunk/rec room for the kids with full over full bunks, ensuite bath, foosball, smart TV, and Xbox gaming console. Upstairs you will find 2 oceanfront suites, the king master with its ocean view ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath.  A children's room with a full-size captain's bed rounds out the second floor. Outdoors, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the beach and Caribbean Sea on your private pool deck with a lounge area and swimming pool.

Tax Service Charge Details*
Please add 25.91% taxes and fees to all rates.  A 3.5% service charge is added to the total base rate + taxes, fees, and damage protection. Admin service fee increases to 5.9% in 2025.
Security Deposit Details
The Damage Protection Insurance is a one-time, non-refundable charge of US $145. It covers any kind of damage within the villa, up to US $5,000, that may occur while staying at the property. For example, a cracked iPad screen or broken kayak paddle would each cost more than US $145 to fix on island! The alternative to adding the damage waiver is a US $5,000 cash security deposit at the time of check in.
