The Hollywood blockbusters For Your Eyes Only (James Bond) and The Punisher were shot here, on the villa. This unique villa is built next to the residence of the former King of Greece, where Prince Philippe of the UK was born.

Majestic gardens reveal interesting contrasts between foliage size and texture, while stone paths lead the way to continuous wonder. Walking through creates a beyond spaces experience, lifting the spirit and lowering the pulse.

Blending in this glorious landscape, the 200 sqm swimming pool offers a blue respite from all the green. Private access to a secluded pebble beach right underneath the property further exalts the senses, with the refreshing sea breeze and the emerald hues of the Ionian Sea as they spread over.
