For stays between June 18-September 10 there is a 2 week minimum rental requirement. Exceptions may be allowed depending on the property and availability.

All Villas in Mykonos, Greece are closed from November – April. Please note: because sewage pipes in Greece are approximately 2 inches in diameter, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet.

For Christmas only, 7 nights are accepted if guests depart by December 29th. For New Year's only, 7 nights are accepted, but check in must be on December 27th. Minimum night stay may vary by villa.
