This stunning hillside residence is comprised of three stories with breathtaking, panoramic ocean views of the ocean, nearby secluded bay and the renown private island sanctuary, Calivigny Island. The villa features a full state-of-the-art kitchen, a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private infinity pool, balconies, patio, and laundry. The pool deck has an outdoor grilling station and alfresco dining area.

The Point at Petite Calivigny is a boutique luxury and wellness private residence club estate situated on the spectacular southern coast of Grenada.
