The great room features soaring ceilings and two walls of glass doors that can be made to disappear entirely, for those seeking the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience. The home's other amenities include a large laundry room, an accent wall with a temperature-controlled wine closet and rotating wine racks, state-of-the-art technology such as a Sonos sound system, three intercom stations, video and audio, locking and unlocking main doors - all controllable via an easy to use, dedicated iPad in the house. Further, Kahala Grand Splendor offers high-tech security system, and of course high-speed wireless internet and smart flat-screen televisions. For convenience, lighting, door and window shades as well as key lock, a/c controls via Nest system, pool & spa heating can be done directly with the iPad in the house.
