From the entrance gate of the property a staircase leads to the ground floor, which is at the pool level and includes a lounge, a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with tub. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor of the villa, which is accessible also from the outside, there is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace and garden.
