Villa Giuliana is a beautiful air conditioned four bedroom, 210 square meter country house set in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore.
Overview
Conveniently located just a few hundred yards from the village of Camaiore (walking distance) and four miles from the seaside, it lies within a beautiful 250 acre private property with private access. It has a beautiful view of the valley and of the surrounding mountains.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bedroom leads to its private patio veranda.
First Floor
On the first floor you will find the living room area with a fireplace, the dining room, a small studio and a bathroom. There is also a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a beautiful covered pergola ideal for outside dining.
Second Floor
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms each room with its own bathroom. There is a flat screen TV with satellite, wireless and ADSL connections in all rooms.

Garden
In the private park surrounding the villa there is a large covered veranda equipped with barbecue, dining table and chairs for lunch or dinner outdoors. A beautiful park full of trees, flowers and officinal herbs surround the villa. There is a large over flow swimming pool (16 meters x 5 meters). The property and the park are gated. A synthetic grass tennis court is also situated in the park of Villa Giuliana only for its guests.
