This recently renovated 300 square meter country house is in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore with an impressive view of the valley and of the sea.
Overview
The property is one mile away from the Camaiore village center and five miles from the seaside.
It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to eight guests on three floors, with amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi in all rooms, flat screen satellite TV, and a beautiful garden surrounded by two acres of olive trees. Each of the rooms has spectacular views of the valley and the sea.
Accommodations
Ground Floor
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One double bedroom king size, two twin bedrooms that can be either king or twin. The ground floor has access to the garden and the pool area.
First Floor
On the first floor you will find a huge living area with two fireplaces, a large dining room, and a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a covered patio for outside eating and a wood and gas grill system.
Second Floor
The master bedroom with king size bed and the master bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bathroom is also equipped with home gym equipment by Technogym, professional Spazio Forma treadmill, and the Kinesis Personal Vision equipment for improving the basic skills of resistance, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Garden
A beautiful garden and two acres of olive trees belonging to the property surround the villa. The pool size, 16 meters x 5 meters allows you to exercise and swim. The property is gated and alarmed. Because the villa is built on three floors and has many stairs, as well as a pool with a depth ranging from120/180, we do not recommend for children from 12 to 48 months.
Please Note: The street to reach Villa Paola gets narrower in the last half a mile, with a couple of curves where if you have a big car you should do some steering maneuvers. While all kind of cars could reach the villa, we suggest, if you want an easier and handier driving, to rent mid size cars.
Arrival - Departure: The arrival time requested Saturday should be from 5:00 pm 7:00 pm and we ask guests to leave no later than 10:00 am on Saturday.
