You and your family and friends will have everything you need for the perfect getaway at this 20,000 square-foot luxury villa. Located beachfront in the gated community of Pedregal, La Datcha features 10 immaculate bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and an endless stream of amenities for you and your guests.
Each of the spacious 10 bedrooms have been designed in a bright Mexican-American style and include their own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Out of the 10, two bedrooms are master suites that feature private terraces, one of which has a fireplace while the other opens out to a pool.
While La Datcha is only steps away from the beach, when you’re not in the mood for a swim in the sea there is a spacious infinity pool on the large terrace for you! There are several dining areas in La Datcha, but here you will also find a sitting area surrounded by the pool.
Prefer activities you can do indoors? There are plenty of amenities that you can take advantage of in this one-of-a-kind Cabo villa. At La Datcha, you’ll never have to miss a workout with the brand-new equipment found in the villa’s gym, and don’t forget to take a moment or two to pamper yourself in the sauna, Turkish bath, and massage room.
