Offering quintessential single-story living, this private oasis has been impeccably designed to embrace sea-views and tropical breezes. Dramatic high wood beamed ceilings and warm inviting interiors will immediately draw you in, making you feel relaxed and at home.
With wall to wall glass pocket doors that slide completely out of sight, every room in this 6-bedroom vacation villa has been designed around privacy and outdoor living. In the main house you will find a spacious ocean-view king master suite off of the pool terrace and guest bedroom with two double beds. Should you decide to give your chef the night off, the fully stocked kitchen offers everything you could need to whip up gourmet dinner (or just a tasty margarita). If you have to work while on vacation in paradise, there is even a private ocean view office with printer/fax.
Close by, off of the pool terrace, are four separate "casita" bedroom suites each with their own bath; an ocean-view king, a bunk room and two king guest suites. The bunk room is perfect for kids or a family, featuring two lower queen beds with two double bunk beds above.
The enclosed courtyard and poolside terrace have been artfully landscaped with a mix of tropical and dramatic natural desert landscaping. Offering 180-degree ocean views, the terrace features an infinity edge pool, spa, grill, outdoor entertainment system and multiple seating areas for gathering or sunbathing. In the evening the ocean view fire bowl will bring everyone in your group together to enjoy the warm glow and views of San Jose del Cabo's twinkling lights.
*Please be advised that the Palmilla Golf Course will no longer accept reservations for the 9-hole oceanfront course starting September 15th.
*Access to the restaurants, bars, and spa at the One & Only Palmilla resort as well as access to a variety of golf courses in the Los Cabos area require a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made prior to arrival to your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence.
