Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV’s, three with either a terrace or balcony access. With custom interior design and careful attention to detail, the home features authentic Mexican touches to provide guests with a sense of place. The interiors are bright, with high ceilings, and feature tastefully chosen furnishings. The open plan layout create an inviting living space and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a center island and breakfast bar. Outside, guests can relax in the infinity swimming pool that borders the beach or soak in the Jacuzzi.

*Access to the restaurants, bars, and spa at the One & Only Palmilla resort as well as access to a variety of golf courses in the Los Cabos area require a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made prior to arrival to your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence.
