From there, you will have access to the heated garage, and the main living space, which features a lovely open concept kitchen/dining/living room, with a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace (wood available for purchase/delivery) and large dining table. But that's not the only living space... there is an additional living room/sunroom, and downstairs you will find an additional living room with ping pong and TV area, accented by a convenient gas beautiful fireplace. But that's not all! With five bedrooms, there is tons of sleeping space. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and two have a shared bath. In addition, the master suite includes a relaxing soaking tub.

Additional vehicles must park at overflow area located adjacent to the old rec center on the left at the bottom of Crawford Ridge Road. $100 fine per additional vehicle parked. This is in accordance with condo association policy)
