Selected villas (Ritz Carlton Club Residences, Tuscan Villa, The West Wing, The Grand Timber Lodge, The Colorado Lodge) on the site and certain concierge services (in-home massage and spa services, babysitting or nanny services, helicopter tours, boating, scuba diving, snuba diving, surfing, segway rentals, parasailing, hang-gliding, parachuting, skydiving, bungee jumping, cliff diving, water-walking, and building-walking) listed within a specific Villa property are unavailable through the Abound by Marriott Vacations™ exchange program and the Vistana Signature Network. A Villas of Distinction specialist or Concierge will be able to confirm the availability of any villas and concierge services listed on the site.

Access to Vacation Homes is made available through the Abound by Marriott Vacations™ exchange program and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Abound documents. Actual experiences will be provided via contractual arrangements with third-party providers and may require the payment of additional fees.
