But perhaps the most alluring feature of each suite is the exclusive dipping pool on the terrace. Passage down to the main level of Casa Almare is via the stainless-steel elevator or open-slab marble stairway accessible from all levels. The master suite accounts for a large portion of this area and hosts a tantalizingly secluded outdoor rain shower and direct access to the expansive infinity pool. With fixtures imported from the Italy, the kitchen is adorned with exotic Brazilian granite countertops and top-of -the-line stainless appliances.
A common gathering place for guests, the impressive main level great room melds into the luxurious outdoor sundeck and infinity pool, the distinctive deck is constructed of brushed marble, yielding a lighter color and non-slip surface. The fantastic infinity pool is lined with marble tiles and is heated by solar panels. Other notable features include a water purification system, the sliding glass wall panels and the smart system which can be remotely controlled by phone, activates the air conditioning, lighting, alarm and sound system. The maid does all household cleaning and linens, the houseman helps serve meals & make drinks etc.
