The top levels have breathtaking views across the town & the bay to the south coast.  The top level blends indoor /outdoor living seamlessly with living dining flowing out to pool terrace with lounges to relax in the sun and a fabulous outdoor bar & dining.  Enjoy sunsets all year round

The villa includes a sophisticated guest experience with full staff including Chef and Sous Chef, for gourmet meals exquisitely presented plus your own personal mixologist for the best version of your favorite cocktail plus the villas signature Beverages, our favorite the Habanero Cucumber Margarita, the perfect balance of hot and cold.  Villa Iris’s attention to detail to provide a curated experience make for a perfect venue for groups of friends & family or wellness & corporate retreats.

NOTICE: a new building in front of Villa Iris obstructs part of the ocean view from the lowest level and the level above that (Levels #3 & #4) are now only partial ocean view.  The top main level & Level #2 below with Master Bedrooms still has full ocean views.
