Just north of Tulum, Tankah Bay is a secluded stretch of coastline where jungle, reef, and freshwater cenotes meet the Caribbean Sea. Protected by mangroves and a natural reef break, the bay is known for its calm waters, abundant marine life, and peaceful atmosphere—offering a more intimate alternative to Tulum’s busier beaches.
Life here revolves around the water. Guests snorkel directly from shore, explore the nearby Casa Cenote with its mix of fresh and saltwater fish, or paddle along the bay as pelicans and rays pass by. The setting feels raw and authentic, with nature very much at the forefront.
