The eight-bedroom property, designed with clean, modern lines and a rustic tropical aesthetic, can accommodate up to 20 guests. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, while the master suites are also fitted with panoramic showers and bathtubs. Further, amenities such as 100 MB wi-fi connection, 85” TVs in the living rooms, and a total of 6 bathrooms make the villa exceedingly comfortable for every guest.

Villa Imperia offers ample space for large gatherings. Indoors, each of the three-story homes has expansive living rooms and spacious kitchens. The stylishly furnished living spaces fuse into two central courtyards decorated with stone dining tables and endemic vegetation. Meanwhile, each rooftop garden has a swimming pool, bar, and lounge with extraordinary views of the surrounding greenery.

The property is located in La Privada, Tulum’s most exclusive gated community, within the upscale neighborhood Aldea Zama. Villa Imperia is just a five-minute drive from Tulum’s lively city center and the trendy hotel zone.
