It’s a 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Santa Eulalia, where you’ll find family friendly beaches, seafront bars and restaurants and a fantastic promenade.In the opposite direction, it’s about a 20-minute drive to the heart of Ibiza Town, where you can browse designer boutiques, dine out in some of Ibiza's best restaurants and sample the town’s famous nightlife. Your stay includes a chef and housekeeping service and the use of two Range Rovers.

Those who love modern design will find their bliss at this property. Concrete floors and ceilings make a smooth, understated background for the open plan lounge/dining room, which has a relaxed sitting area with stunning furnishings, a dining area with plenty of seating around the table and a fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and open shelving. There is also a cinema room with plenty of comfortable seating/loungers on the lower level of the house. All areas have access to Wi-Fi and all rooms are fully air conditioned and have satellite TV.

The large heated swimming pool (23m x 5m) is surrounded by luxurious sun loungers, parasols and outdoor garden furniture perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. There is a large parking area for several cars (up to 12) and a private 60m2 fully equipped gym.
