The modern living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV in a cozy atmosphere, facing the opening onto the terrace with a breathtaking ocean view. In the same large living room, you can enjoy delicious meals around a beautiful dining table which can accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is well equipped and shares the same space swept by the gentle trade winds.

On the large terrace, there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds covered with cushions as well as a comfortable outdoor living room ideal for relaxing or sipping a cocktail facing the sumptuous sunsets of St-Barths. Under the gazebo, a lovely relaxing area is set up in the island's mild air in a very private atmosphere. All around the villa, the tropical garden brings a fresh and poetic touch to the whole.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas Week or NYE Week).
