Lumiere

Overview

Lumiere is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Flamands within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa has exquisite views of the ocean and surrounding islands.

The house combines local architecture with custom furnishings and art from around the world. The main pavilion has a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and guest bathroom. The dining room has a large teak dining table and chairs with seating for 6 guests.

The bedroom pavilions are very private. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and French doors that open to a private terrace with a view.

A deck has an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs under an umbrella. Loungers surround the large pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing. The house also has WiFi, beach equipment, a gas grill, U.S. satellite TV, and a Sonos sound system with Sonos Beam soundbar and Bose outdoor speakers.

Lumiere comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This non-smoking villa is suitable for young adults, ages 18 and older. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval and a security deposit.
