Located on the upper level of Mardix residence, Mardix Light features large, airy spaces in a very contemporary decor. 

The living room opens onto the terrace with views over the city lights, the harbor and the surrounding hills, and is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs in front of a flat-screen TV. The dining room which can accommodate up to six guests is located close to the living room, as well as the well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and features a nice breakfast bar. Under the high, vaulted, caramel-colored wooden ceiling, the atmosphere is soft and quiet, the perfect place to relax after a walk in the city or on the beach.

The terrace has a lovely dining room for six and a charming outdoor lounge with two soft sofas and coffee tables under the covered area, for beautiful evenings and pleasant al fresco dinners facing Gustavia’s lights. In a decor of palm trees and wooden deck, the large heated jacuzzi is at your disposal for relaxing moments under the island's sun. In a luxurious and very private atmosphere, you will enjoy the mild Caribbean air blowing around, in absolute calm.

Mardix Light has three air-conditioned bedrooms with views over the terrace and the environment. They are furnished with king size beds that can be converted into twin beds, large closets and office areas, and they also have private bathrooms. The decor is modern and very soothing, with shades of black and white combined with the romantic warmth of wood.

Minimum Stay Details
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas Week or NYE Week).
