Vacation rental Bellevue is a spacious and luxurious villa nestled in a serene and relaxing atmosphere. On the main level, the large air-conditioned living room opens onto the ocean and welcomes you with family or friends around comfortable sofas covered with cushions and a large coffee table in a driftwood decor. The dining room can accommodate ten guests at the back of the living room in a cozy nook perfect to talk. The spacious kitchen featuring a bar is well equipped to cook delicious meals or to call upon a private chef.

At the front, a magnificent heated swimming pool stretches across the width of the house, in front of the living room seeming to dive into it. In a dream setting, lounge chairs and small coffee tables are around the pool, in front of the striking blue horizon.

Minimum Stay Details
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas Week or NYE Week). Regarding the festive season, the owner is open to a 7-night stay under the condition that the arrival date for the New Years week will be on December 27, 2023. If the dates falls between the two periods, he will ask for 10 nights.
