Overview

Villa Milonga is a 4-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of 2 beaches. This hillside villa offers panoramic views of the bay.

The villa recently underwent a nice renovation with very modern updates. The large open living room and dining space overlooks the pool and the views and offers U.S. satellite and Apple TV. A large, modern kitchen opens to an indoor dining area and includes a nice island with seating.

The living area opens to an outdoor dining area under a covered terrace with a newly added integrated Jacuzzi and located down a few steps is the pool.

The master bedroom is located off the living room and has extra seating, TV with U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In a separate bungalow next, to the pool are two additional bedrooms that connect to each other. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, TV with U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The other room has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, AppleTV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has a little private terrace, a king-sized bed, AppleTV and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Villa Milonga comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 8 and older, but does not allow pets.
