Built on several levels connected by exterior staircases, the villa Riva opens onto the majestic spectacle of the island’s turquoise waters framed by lush vegetation. Fully open onto the terrace with pool, the living room features sofas, a flat‑screen TV and a coffee table in a soft ambiance. The indoor dining area accommodates up to 10 guests next to the fully equipped kitchen with central island, dining space and stools. The openings onto the front terrace with ocean view and onto the side garden bring in a soothing  light, illuminating the poetic and comfortable decor of this vacation villa.

At the front, the terrace of villa Riva offers the majestic view of the crystal-clear ocean, a breathtaking landscape you’ll love admiring from the outdoor lounge with sofas and armchairs shaded by a large parasol. The pool sparkles under the St‑Barths sun, facing the ocean and the perfect horizon. On the side, the terrace features deckchairs among palm trees, a paradisiacal setting ideal for rest and relaxation. And a second pool is located on the lower level near the bedrooms, in a very private atmosphere and idyllic setting.

The villa Riva consists of four air‑conditioned bedrooms with en‑suite bathrooms spread across the property. The master bedroom with king‑size bed is on the main level and has an additional outdoor shower as well as a terrace with deckchair facing the view. 

The three other bedrooms with king and queen‑size beds are on the lower level, accessible via an exterior staircase and a small path. They are connected by an outdoor corridor and offer a true immersion in Caribbean nature with the ocean as backdrop, a setting enhanced by the second pool sparkling under the Caribbean sun. Minimum Stay Details
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week). Minimum night stay may vary. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm.
