La Corniche

Overview

Villa La Corniche is a 3-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, located only a 10-minute drive from the beach and shops, and a 15-minute drive from town. Villa Marisa Day enjoys breathtaking ocean views and spectacular sunsets.

The interior rooms are gracious and large, while the exterior offers a spacious terrace. The living room, library, exercise room, and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The large living room with a high ceiling opens to an outdoor living space with cushioned Rattan sofas and a covered dining area, which faces the ocean. The well-equipped kitchen leads to a terrace and dining room with magnificent views.

Each bedroom has screens, in-room safe, U.S. satellite TV, a voltage converter and an ensuite bathroom. The 2 upstairs bedrooms with king-size beds, ceiling fans, and large closets open to the pool terrace. One bedroom has an additional, adjacent powder room. The bedroom on the lower level has a private terrace, twin beds, a single sofa bed, and Rattan furniture.

The exercise room with floor-to-ceiling windows features a treadmill, weights, a mini-fridge, and TV. The well-furnished terrace is equipped with both indoor and outdoor speakers (ideal for entertaining near the heated pool). An extendable awning offers shade for part of the terrace. This non-smoking property also comes with beach accessories, a Weber gas grill, snorkeling gear, a fax machine, Apple TV, WiFi, and parking for 3 cars.

Villa La Corniche, or La Corniche, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
