The vacation home in St. Barths Phoenix is a colonial-style house which was designed using natural materials such as stone and wood throughout the house and on the terrace.

The sunny living room opens onto the swimming pool and the ocean with natural light coming in. Cozy and warm, this airy living space is furnished with a beautiful woven fiber sofa covered with soft pastel cushions, as well as a table and chairs facing the nice view. The dining room can accommodate up to six guests for delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped and very functional kitchen. A barbecue is also available for grilling fish. This living area is a pleasant open space swept by the trade winds in front of the breathtakingly beautiful panorama.

On the front terrace, there is a lovely swimming pool with steps in front of the view over the ocean and the hills, for relaxing times under the island’s sun. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas Week or NYE Week).
