Le Moulin was named after the magnificent windmill renovated into a luxurious room. This beautiful vestige of a bygone era makes this seaside home a very charming place, where you’ll enjoy being transported back in time in a stone and Caribbean style decor.

Villa Le Moulin is a beach property facing the crystal-clear waters of St-Jean lagoon. The sound of the waves brings a touch of magic to this high-quality vacation home in St-Barths. The air-conditioned living room has large sofas and mirrors, an idyllic setting for lazy afternoons or movie nights. The beautiful high vaulted ceiling and arched windows emphasize the colonial design of the property, combining subtly with the contemporary and refined decoration. The kitchen with a central island is well equipped for meals and snacks preparation you will enjoy around the outdoor shaded dining space for ten people.

In a flowers and palm trees vegetation, the outdoor furniture setup offers many spaces perfect for chatting, reading or resting sessions. The luxurious beach property villa Le Moulin in St-Barths has four beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and ocean or garden views. They are tastefully decorated and furnished with king size beds or twin beds that can be converted into a king. One of them is located in the old windmill that names this outstanding property. A new bungalow of 40 m2 was recently added in front of the pool, and facing the sea. The charm of the stones combined with the originality of this building in front of the ocean creates a pleasant feeling of wonder and uniqueness.

Minimum Stay Details
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas Week or NYE Week).
