In the fully air-conditioned living room, furnished with a sofa, wicker armchairs and a large HD screen, you’ll love experiencing delicious, relaxing moments in utmost calm. 

The fully equipped kitchen with a central island is located in the same space, close to the dining room which can accommodate six guests. Wood and light tones create a warm and cool atmosphere, in this most comfortable space open onto the front and the sparkling swimming pool.

At the front, Lollipop’s terrace runs the length of the property, with a beautiful swimming pool for pleasant, relaxing sessions, overlooking the green hillside with lush vegetation. A covered outdoor lounge is located next to the pool, with sofa and armchairs, the ideal place to relax, talk over a coffee and quietly sip a cocktail. On the light wood deck, comfy deckchairs covered with soft cushions are available for pleasant reading and sunbathing sessions in a very private atmosphere. In the heart of the tropical vegetation, the waters of St-Barths sparkle through the chiseled leaves of the Caribbean hills, as an enchanting vision.

Minimum Stay Details
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
