Villa Ivy is a newly built, 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous views just a short drive from the beach of St. Jean. Tucked in the hills behind the local sports complex with the stadium, Villa Ivy is easily accessed and is just minutes from the beach and the action of St. Jean.
Overview
It offers peace and tranquility with panoramic views of the St. Jean area and the ocean.The air-conditioned living room is at the heart of the villa. It has comfortable seating and a large screen TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV. A spacious, fully-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen is in an adjacent space, which has a large cooking and breakfast island with seating.
The two bedrooms are situated on both extremities of the villa. Each bedroom has a U.S. king-sized bed, U.S. satellite TV, ample closet space, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Ivy is perfect for couples vacationing together, but will also suit a family with children.
Villa Ivy comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
