Overview

Villa Panama is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This multi-level villa offers exquisite views of the ocean and landscape.

The main living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV, opens to a terrace with an outdoor living area facing the view. Located adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a breakfast nook, and a rollaway kitchen block. A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

The master bedroom is located off the living room through an office area with central air and a wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with his and her showers, and a pop-up flat-screen TV.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom, which has an additional rain shower, is designed like a small apartment with a kitchenette and sitting area.

A cinema room on the lower level offers an ideal spot for indoor entertainment next to the full bar with color-changing lights. A well-equipped fitness room completes the lower level, which opens to the deck and heated pool with jets. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, beach accessories, parking, and the U.S. and French satellite TV.

Villa Panama comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
