Infinity at Ocean's Edge
Caribbean / St. Martin / Sint Maarten
This splendid three bedroom private paradise has all the amenities to make your vacation unforgettable.
Overview
Come take advantage of this luxury property located on the end of the Beacon Hill peninsula, ensconced on all sides by the inviting Caribbean Sea! Located just minutes from several of St. Maarten’s most popular beaches and beach bar hangouts, a great day is always guaranteed. Enjoy all of the best nightlife the Dutch side has to offer right at your doorstep. Whether it’s fine dining in Maho or the popular night clubs, all are nearby and ready to cater to your every whim. If French gastronomy is more your style, then take a drive to Grand Case, considered the gourmet capital of the Caribbean. The island also offers activities to please any enthusiast. Enjoy scuba diving, golf, watersports, zip line adventure, hiking, guided tours, or better yet, take advantage of the stunning 360º views from the magical roof top terrace with a private infinity pool.
Every evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets of the Caribbean from one of the most impressive vantage points on the island. Relax on the private roof top terrace with your favorite tropical cocktail. After the sun has set, you will experience the magical transformation to a star filled sky and mood lighting that will relax your soul. Admire the lights of Maho and Simpson Bay that also glisten like the stars against the backdrop of the majestic mountains of St. Maarten.
On the main level, you will find a spacious living room that faces a very large and well-equipped open area kitchen. Enjoy the conveniences of a Nespresso machine, panini maker, and blender (just to name a few) along with many other appliances to satisfy any chef! The living room’s oversized sliding patio doors disappear to give access to a very spacious terrace where you will find the eight person outdoor dining area equipped with a Weber BBQ grill. It is also a great place to relax on one of the loungers while reading a book or just meditating to the hypnotic sound of the crashing waves. The terrace’s envious location just above the sea gives you the impression of being on the deck of your own private yacht.
There are three bedrooms on the main level, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, and flat-screen TV’s. The master bedroom is located off the main terrace, which provides a stunning ocean front experience. The king-size bed faces directly to the sea with an unobstructed view thanks to the exterior glass railings.
Infinity at Ocean's Edge, for all who seek the perfect paradise experience.
