Overview

With direct private access to Baie Rouge Beach, two swimming pools, beach volleyball, a pool table, and many more amenities, the villa is designed for exceptional Caribbean living.

Set atop the dramatic cliffs of Falaise des Oiseaux on St. Martin’s western coastline, Infinity Blue overlooks Anguilla, Marigot, and the most breathtaking panoramas of the Caribbean Sea. The villa blends luxury, comfort, tropical nature, and dream‑like vistas, all while remaining close to nightlife and island conveniences.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way. By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

From zip lining and natural pools at Loterie Farm to surfing and horseback riding on the beach, the team ensures that guests have access to a wide range of activities and services tailored to their preferences. With the option to have a private chef prepare meals at their villa and receive recommendations for dinner, massages, excursions, boat trips, and more, guests can easily customize their itinerary to suit their needs.
