Located directly overlooking Sapodilla Bay, in the prestigious Ocean Point area of Providenciales, this home offers the essence of indoor-outdoor living with its extensive living areas, all overlooking the glittering turquoise waters of Sapodilla Bay. Layout next to the pool on the sun deck or curl up in the shaded outdoor lounge. On the first floor, you will find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining room, and living room. Upstairs, a screened patio with views of Sapodilla Bay and the pool. Outside, take advantage of the Gazebo dining area, complete with gas BBQ grill. Other amenities include internet access, DVD player, and stereo system.
Cool off in the tranquil ocean waters from the comfort of your own private swim dock, or take a short walk across the street to a beautiful cove with shallow, calm water and a white sand beach. If you want to practice your backhand, a tennis court is also available within walking distance.
